You can book directly at twresidence.org. T.W Residence does not work with agents or third-party bookers — bookings are confirmed directly with the host.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that check-outs are not available on Sundays.
Yes, a refundable caution fee of ₦150,000 applies to every booking.
T.W Residence uses fixed, published seasonal pricing shown on the booking calendar. Pricing is not negotiable. Current festive offer: stay 4 nights and get the 5th night free, for stays between 1 November and 14 December 2026 (check-out up to 15 December). The offer is applied automatically on the booking form.
No. T.W Residence is strictly for registered, overnight guests. Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted, and guest numbers may not exceed what was booked. If more guests than booked are found at check-in or during the stay, the full refundable caution fee is forfeited, in addition to any deductions for cleaning and damages.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in, so the apartment can be properly prepared.
The maximum stay is 30 nights per booking. For anything longer, please contact us directly to discuss.
It depends on when you booked. If you booked more than a day before your check-in date, you can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of booking. If you booked the day before check-in, you can cancel for a full refund within 6 hours of booking. Outside those windows, bookings are non-refundable.
Yes. The person making the booking must be at least 21 years old.
Yes. T.W Residence regularly hosts diaspora guests visiting Lagos. Bookings can be made directly online from anywhere in the world, or through Airbnb or Booking.com.
Yes, on-site parking is available, with additional secure outdoor parking space if needed.
No. T.W Residence does not allow pets, and smoking is not permitted indoors.
They keep every stay smooth for you and for the next guest. You will be asked to confirm them when you book.
